A favorite stop for ice cream on a hot day while camping. They have about a dozen flavors of Cedar Crest ice cream. There is a nice patio in which to enjoy your frozen treat. There are more tables inside. They are cash only, but have an ATM on site. Sa far as the hours go, I think it depends on how busy they are. They were still open at 7pm the other day.

It’s hard to go wrong with the Ice Cream Station in Horicon, WI. The scoops are generous, delicious, and the selection is outstanding. There is probably no greater joy in the world than putting down an amazing waffle cone of ICS ice cream and watching the world go by on Lake Street in Horicon.

Stopped for a waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream: Mocha Almond Fudge and Mackinac Island Fudge. $ 3.25 They stock Cedar Crest Ice Cream. Nice variety available. I thought that the Mocha Almond Fudge was excellent: nice and creamy. They have a snack and short order menu. It’s a beautiful evening in Horicon so sitting outside their store at a nice clean picnic table, eating ice cream and watching life on the main drag in Horicon was pleasant. Headed to the viewing area at the south end of Horicon Marsh to catch the sun going down a divine orangish red. What a way to end a day!
