We were looking for Chinese takeout close to our hotel and found this place on Unilocal. It is a pretty standard counter service location in a strip center with a few tables if you choose to eat in. Service was very fast… we were out the door with our food about 6 minutes after placing our order. The food was packed well, allowing us to rerurn to the hotel about 15 minutes away, with the food very hot and with no spills. The dinner combos were priced under $ 8, which include an entrée, pork fried rice and an eggroll. There was a large portion of food with a good flavor. As mentioned in other reviews, the entrees are about ¾ fresh veggies ¼ protein(meat, nuts, tofu). The size of the chopped veggies are large chunks. The shrimp in the shrimp w cashews were small and the only cashews were sprinkled on top of the dish. The beef in the pepper steak was tender and flavorful, but again fairly small pieces. The eggrolls were veggie with a thick and very chewy wrapper/not the thin and crispy wrapper that I prefer. The fried rice was actually very good. Good prices, quick service, good flavor. Perhaps the restaurant should consider offering different pricing to accommodate diners who are looking for more meat in their dish.

Very skimpy on meat in dishes and the last two times wasn’t cooked long enough. Found another place that is much better. No more Chinese from this place.

pretty decent for mid-south Chinese food, and this is coming from a Chinese American from Seattle. $ 10 for a large size dish with a small serving of rice isn’t half bad either. only receiving 3 stars however because the meat to veggy ratio was awful. I ordered the beef with mixed veggy. it was basically all veggy, no beef. pretty disappointed. taste wise, portion wise, it was fine. just be wary when you order. if you want more bang for your buck, order a dish that only has meat, like General Tso’s chicken or something.
