Applebee’s

Brought my grandfather here for dinner while my grandma was in the hospital. The staff was alright but could have been more attentive. Only refilled our coffee once. The food was good but the price was high. By the time we got done for the two of us it was nearly $ 50. Portion size was alright but should have been more food for the price.

Been here many times. Love the food. The wait staff is wonderful, orderly, and quick. Food always comes out quickly and hot. It can be loud what restaurant isn’t? Multiple tv’s for your viewing pleasure. A huge menu with lots of different options and great prices. Not the mention a full bar with the best beers and seasonal drafts. Wonderful place to eat, in my opinion. The options are virtually unlimited!

well, i would just like to share my cautionary tale with potential diners…
this was years ago, approximately six, but still vividly remember the aftermath of my mistake to this day.
spare you the background story;
only ordered one of those over the top cocktails with a million things dangling on toothpicks, no food. was poisoned by the drink and was shackled to the toilet for the following four days.

Been here several times. They seem to seat quickly and the food is good with reasonable prices.

Decided to go out to dinner. Don’t do it very often and thought we’d try Applebee’s for a change. We were seated promptly however my husband uses a cane to walk and for some reason the hostess lead us down a couple stairs and clear to the back of the restaurant. It would have been nice if we were asked if it was more convenient not to walk as far. However, we were very pleased to see some changes to the menu from a year ago. Had the potstickers as an appetizer and the sauces that came with them, were delicious. My husband ordered a American Burger which was a basic cheeseburger and I ordered the Breakfast Brunch Burger which is similar to Red Robin’s Royal Robin. Burger with an egg. Both burgers came cooked as ordered and were large in size so I couldn’t even finish mine. Waitress was attentive and drinks were replenished regularly without asking. They do have trivia games on the tabletops but if you want to play it adds .99 onto your bill. Which seems ridiculous. All-​in-​all a good experience. Hostesses should be taught to notice people with disabilities though and ask them where the most convenient place for them to sit would be. I liked changes to the menu. Probably could had a full meal just off the appetizer menu. Will more than likely return.
