Booked a suite and was told it was unavailable, they offered 2 rooms which separated our group. No hot water, clean but stained sheets. Warped doors and water stained ceilings. Did not check my ID or take my credit card at checkin. Had a longer stay the next week which I canceled and stayed at Hampton inn across the street. Hopefully we will have better luck at that one.
