Babies R US

I came in here just browsing and saw a Mamas & Papas Sola (floor model) on sale for $ 209! I had lots of questions about it and the employee and manager who helped me were great.

I truly despise this store. I go in about twice a year when I have to purchase a gift off one of their registries for a baby shower. Not only do I find it to be exorbitantly expensive, but in general, they don’t have a very wide selection. When I’m working off of a registry of items, I often find that items are out of stock or just not available in this particular store. Not only that, but since they print their registry lists out on what feels like fax paper, the whole list is rolling up on your hands as you shop. And I prefer not to shop by aisle and color district. Plus, every aisle seems to have a hundred items, so even if you find the correct aisle in the corresponding color district, you’re still searching.
I will say that the one saving grace of this particular Babies ‘R’ Us is the staff. I was offered assistance several times as I was shopping. I didn’t quite know what I wanted to purchase, so that didn’t end up being too much of a benefit, but I appreciated the service.
Just make sure you go on a day when your patience is fully intact.

My wife and I just completed our baby registry at this location. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided us with a gift bag with samples and a list of «must haves» for getting started.
I found the store to be very clean and orderly. The layout was easy enough to understand and we didn’t feel too overwhelmed as we walked around. I’m not sure we will make it our regular stop after the baby arrives, that will depend on how the prices of essential items compare with other similar stores. But, for a registry, it was a fantastic experience and is reliable as Babies ‘R Us is just about everywhere.
