Conlin’s Copy Centers

The owner of Conlin’s Center Center has provided our company with the absolute worst customer service I have possibly ever experienced. He has a policy that «he takes every call» but dismisses you as soon as you tell him what you are calling about. He made the impression that he has more important things to do as the owner of the company, than deal with «people like me.» I will not conduct any further business with this establishment.

Friendly staff, but outrageous prices. However, don’t complain about it to management unless you want to hear a diatribe about how much it costs to run a printing business and why you are a terrible person for asking why a 24×36 black & white engineering print costs over $ 20. To put it in perspective, Staples will charge about $ 3, leaving you with a smile on your face. Even Sir Speedy is pretty much on par with that price.
I still say that the worst part of my experience at Conlin’s Copy Center was being yelled at and berated by their manager for asking why they charge a hidden $ 15+ flat fee. Maybe if their prices weren’t so high and they didn’t employ shady business practices they would get more customers.
Bottom line, go to Staples or Sir Speedy for your printing needs.
