These guys were very nice, but didn’t know how to help me with what I needed. They put something I didn’t need on the desktop. I recently asked for a refund and was totally ignored. Totally. No reply one way or the other.

I didn’t get what I wanted (which was to have a computer which was several years old fixed up for my nephew), but the owner was super helpful in explaining everything. He actually encouraged me to just forget it, which lets me know he’s an honest business guy with no intention of ripping me or anybody else off. If I ever need something else, I’m coming back here.

I came to these guys out of desperation. On a recent business trip my hard drive crashed and I was without a backup. After going to geeksquad and then spending hours of attempting to figure out the configuration myself, I gave up.
I took my laptop into Howard at Easy Pc and was treated with professional service, expectations and a very fair price. In a few days, my computer was running the way I wanted. Being so happy with the service, I recently took my new laptop to these guys and will continue to go to them for every computer need I have in the future.
