We hired Forsyth to put an addition on our home. He took a deposit of $ 8k to purchase supplies. He called us to tell us that the guy he wanted to hire to do the framework was not available AND the guy to do the stucco work was not available to work with him (he does not have his own crew). So he had to pull out of the job. He shook my hand and said he would give us our deposit back. He never did. We went to court. The judge ruled in our favor. Still awaiting our money. He does great work, he’s awful to work with. He was terribly rude to my wife during the process.
