Urgent Care of Northeast Georgia Health System

Now that we have an Urgent Care Hospital right here between Flowery Branch and 211 on (Friendship) just past Kroger– me and the kids are needing to see the ER. Bad for us, but good because they are 3 miles away from the house. I think you get better homeowners insurance if you ask!
Great staff at both locations. I’ve been for several issues this past year and if it was too much for urgent care– they immediately get you over to the ER and send the paperwork with you. You have the normal forms but since I’m in the NG. NEG Hospital system, paperwork was quick. ER staff is kind, soft touch as are the doctors. Clean– since its all new, but all staff at both locations are caring, get you in and out, and don’t look like they don’t want to be there. The Doc I saw here today ¹⁄₂₆ was a specialist and got me in and out with the right diagnosis and on my way to pain free! Glad to have one nearby.

My kids and I are regulars here during the winter (unfortunately). The nurses are always very considerate; Dr. Loomis is often there and she is so kind and caring. You never know how long you’ll have to wait, but that’s how it goes with urgent care.

You’re in good caring hands when you’re at NGHS. I’ve had a few visits here over the years with my children and each and every time the service is always outstanding. I’m very pleased that this healthcare is located in Braselton, GA. Excellent and caring staff. They are always very accommodating. It’s a guarantee that every time you visit this facility you will be treated with outstanding service. It’s a guarantee.

It’s really hard to find a Doctor you can trust and that treats you with respect. I started with Dr. Ebner last year and I noticed she really cared. Between Dr. Ebner and my wife I have lost 55 lbs. She has always made time for me I work a hard schedule and she has always let me come in, never told I can’t fit you in. She moved offices and it’s a little further but worth the drive. Just this morning my GPS took me to the wrong office so I called and she said that’s fine still come in which most would of said your going to be thirty minutes late we will have to reschedule

Went due to severe ongoing headache. I could not get in at PCP office and needed help. Saw PA who never looked at my chart before seeing me. Why give all info to nurse ahead of time if they are not going to take the time to review it before seeing you? Communication was horrible. She didn’t take any time to listen to me and everything I had tried and the difficulties I was having getting in to see anyone. The staff was unpleasant and didn’t seem to care about the debilitating head pain I was going through that I have never experienced before. The PA was even worse. I can not recommend going here under any circumstance.

I’ve been to this urgent care so many times I should have some sort of rewards point card by now. The staff is always friendly & the wait is usually not too terrible.
