Went thru drive thru. They messed my order for one meal up 3 times. Unfortunately I did not catch their third mistake until I returned to my office. A Quarter Pounder was in my Big Mac box. The prior two mistakes I caught at the window — tried to give me someone else’s dessert order. Then handed me a bag without the complete order. I should have checked the sandwich box. McDonald’s quality of products and service has really dropped.

If you go through the drive through, check your bag!!! And the ticket too!!!
Both kids working cash registers were lost, when I said this is not what I ordered and had no idea how to fix it. The one took out the fries and said have a good day. The other wanted me to pay more for less.
