We had crawfish, corn, and potatoes from Rendi’s and it was delicious, spicy and fun! It was a very special experience. We loved it.

For those who make the trek to Hot Springs, be it for Oaklawn, the bath houses, a massage, shopping, antiques, or the water, if you like crawfish you’re really missing a great opportunity if you don’t get some at Rendi’s. I’ve had bugs from FL, AL, MS, TN, &AR. These tie for the best ever with Crawdad’s Restaurant in Marigold MS. Maybe even better. Don’t let the food truck scare you, get em, bring up back to your condo, hotel room, or rental house, grab a cold adult beverage, and watch the sunset!

Crawfish. Period. I called in advance to see if they had someone to teach me how to eat a crawdad because up until now, the only thing I knew about crawdads was that they hid under rocks in a creek or a ditch. The old lady says yeah, come on. I pulls up with my ceiling missing and proceed to get out and pimp walk to the front of the establishment. To be continued… So I look in the window and I see the old lady,(Rendi) sitting in a corner doing a crossword puzzle. Long story short. She showed me how to eat the tail and then proceeded to suck the head. They be good. The old lady is nice. She made me a little uncomfortable because she kept staring at my huge muscles. Well worth it. Good tasting and they aren’t spoiled.
