Ice cream was great! Our family stopped in after lunch and tried Key Lime Pie, lemon, peanut butter, cherry, strawberry and butter pecan. I had to tell them the women’s bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. It was three hours after they opened. Not acceptable.

After a long day running around, we took the kids to get dessert and tried Dulce Gelato. It was fantastic!
Between the five of us we got buttered pecan, key lime pie, mint chocolate chip, hot cocoa, and cookies and cream… they were all great! Service was friendly and the rest of the menu looked very yummy but we had already eaten.
Definitely recommend!!!

Daniel our gelato guy was fantastic. Gregarious, smiling, laughing, joking. The gelato was incredible. After sampling one of the many flavors, i chose wildberry. YUM!!! We had a lot of fun in there!!! I will go back and I’d encourage anyone to check it out!!! HUGE THUMBS UP!!!

Dolce Gelato’s is my favorite gelato. Love all the flavors… my current fav is the cherry vanilla shake… heavenly!

Comfortable, classy, clean and extremely friendly as far as atmosphere goes. They have wi-​fi and a coffee bar too!
The best part is the food and the gelato! They make all the gelato onsite from scratch and its as close as you can get to real Italian Ice Cream. Many flavors to choose from and they rotate seasonal flavors in and out as well.
The Panini’s and soups are delicious and were perfect for my rainy day dinner!
Most of all, the owners are incredibly nice! Definitely a must try!

First things first– The owners are extremely nice, the food is good, and the gelato is great! Plus, they are open late. All bonuses in my book.
I have tried the raspberry gelato/​chocolate cake… yum! Was a tad dry because we got there around 8, so I am assuming it had been sitting out for awhile. Yet, still a great idea and quite tasty.
On another trip, I tried a sandwich/​salad combo, along with a variety of gelato flavors. The chocolate coconut hazelnut was by far my favorite!

This place has wonderful gelato! I went here with a group of kids in school while I attended Macalester for spring break. We were very hungry as we had just spent the night before sleeping in an airport’s 24hr homeland security zone (because we did not book a hotel). This place really saved our moods! The history of Hot Spring, AK is also interesting. I would definitely go back here if I were to return to Hot Spring!

This is a great place to sample gelato if you’ve never tried it. They also have a small variety of salads and sandwiches. The staff is very friendly.

The gelato is very good here. They change out some of the flavors certain times of year and they now have salads and sandwiches you can get. Very good!
