I’ve had good experiences here finding supplies for renovations.
They’ve been very helpful and knowledgable. My cottage is south so I drive about 35mins to get here– worth it though.

The customer service here was terrible… I went in and asked the greeter where I could find window ac units; the best response she could offer was to wave her arm vaguely behind her and say they’re «all the way down that aisle». After a good 15 minutes of wandering around to no avail — passing several employees, none of whom bothered asking if I needed help — I stopped in the paint department and inquired as to their whereabouts. After all that they didn’t even have any in stock! In 90+ degree weather, you’d think the greeter would have some grasp of the importance of knowing your summertime products…
