cleaners ruined my sweater — came back with holes, tried to fix it by sewing it together with a ball of thread, when all i wanted was them to replace. laundered clothes came back with short hair that resembled pet hair. beware — they do not honor their guarantee. beware — most hotels in the area use their service.
