Burger King

I had lunch today of a hamburger. I unwrapped it and found a chicken sandwich. The guy behind the register replaced the sandwich… And then wrapped up the sandwich I returned and put it back under the warmer to sell again.
I think I’m done with BK.

If there were a place for no stars, that would be my review. When I got off work tonight, I stopped at BK for a steakhouse burger. I asked them if it had BBQ sauce, and the employee stated yes. I then asked for no BBQ sauce. I went on to tell him the rest of my order, and again reiterated I didn’t want any sauce. The person taking my order then told me I had already told him that 4 times & I needed to stop asking. When I told him there was no need to be rude, he informed me he was canceling my order. I then drove up and asked to speak with a manager. I was completely ignored for about 2 minutes while I waited at the window & when I got upset, the employee told me «Bitch, you better get the fuck off the property before I call the cops.» Yes. Those exact words. This is a disgrace. Obviously they were too lazy to make a new burger without BBQ sauce. It’s much easier to just refuse service. Shame on you Burger King! I can’t count how many times I have asked for something not on a sandwich and still gotten it, so excuse me for repeating TWICE to please not put BBQ sauce. Maybe if I hadn’t been trained by BK, and about every other fast food restaurant, to figure you’ll get what you *didn’t* order, I would not have felt the need to repeat myself. What a disgrace!

I needed some burgers for a corporate event down the street and Burger King took care of it for me without any problems. I got 10 Whopper’s, add bacon, with fries and onion rings. They fixed the order promptly and got everything right.
BOTTOM LINE: A solid Burger King… and one of the few restaurants of any kind in the immediate area.
