Brought car in for tire change. After half an hour of waiting the guy brings me the cabin filter and says it needs to be changed (it’s behind the glove box by the way) I did not bring my car for inspection just change the tires. It’s hard to get to tires in my glove box. Basically saying I didn’t want my time wasted on guys checking things that I had an appointment for at the dealer to do. Just do what I paid for… Tires. Not oil… Not filters… Just tires… This is a good example why people think mechanics mess with other things in the car for people to bring it back in. Job security

I just bought a boat that had bad tired on it and had a 100 mile trip back home. I pulled into Chabills as they were about to close for the day… staff was very helpful and got me fixed up and on my way. This is a good example of great customer service! Thanks guys
