Well I love me some Dollar Tree and quite frankly some are much better than others (a big thumbs up shout out to the Gretna location by Oakwood). This is my local one and the one that I frequent. I am a voracious reader and I always walk away from the dollar tree with an old fashion hardcover book. I’ll admit, it’s a gamble on what they have to offer, but hey for a dollar for a brand new book, you can’t beat it. Everything is a dollar or less and they do have a lot of CRAP… so here is a list of things I buy when shopping…
books
wrapping paper
floral supplies (foam, vases, pebbles, etc.)
Awesome cleaner (yes! it truly is awesome)
Mylar balloons
treats for pinatas (small toys and treats)
pictures frames
I try to stick to my usual things and not get carried away by the dollar price…
but heck it’s only a dollar…
