My family has rented tuxedos from Norman’s at least a dozen times, we have never been charged extra for a damaged return. They can accommodate seriously last minute requests (24 hours advance notice, which to me is really last minute!) We’ve also had them fix problems within an hour on pants that didn’t fit just right. Excellent business.

I wish I could give fewer than one star — what a joke of a business! Every suit that comes back is «damaged» according to them — they’re running a scam to keep the little deposit. Buyer beware — they’ll show you a nice tie and tell you that this is the look you’re getting but then sneak in a cheap tie at the last minute that no respectable person would ever wear.
