Petsmart in Houma has all the products you expect to find at good prices. My dog Gage loves to visit and take in all the smells and occasionally leave his own. The workers are very helpful and truly love animals.

Well maybe 2 stars because the manager realized they screwed up. Scheduled my dog for grooming without a groomer there. They were going to hold the dogs for hours in a kennel. I told them she wouldn’t take being kenneled but was assured that staff would be there. Less than 5 minutes later they called me to come get her. Why? Because she started clawing at the kennel door and tore her claw and was now bleeding all over the place. Turns out it costs more to have your dog groomed at the actual time they give you. Ridiculous and I’m not going back. I can buy a pool and bathe her myself

All of the reptiles looked neglected and possibly sick. The employees were not helpful except when they want someone to donate or sign up for something. Everything else was decently organized.

I have been a loyal retail customer for years. I have a new puppy and purchased the puppy package which came with a free grooming coupon. I decided to try out the grooming services, regretfully. The groomers I encountered seemed as though they really did not want to be there, talked negatively about another coworker and one of groomers was grossed out by the dog she was grooming. Despite scheduling an appointment a week in advance, I was informed due to walk-​ins, it would take three hours. When I picked my puppy up the groomer did not remember my puppy’s name or gender. As the groomer was spritzing my puppy she stepped back off the table.
I will not be returning to PetSmart. Amazon Prime delivers whatever I need in two days directly to my font door and it usually costs less.
