I opt to go out of my way just to go to this store. The workers are so helpful and inviting. They aren’t as busy as Lowe’s, and I never understand why. I think that the workers make the atmosphere worth the trip. It’s like my home away from home! It’s always super clean. The bathrooms are always in good shape.

Good selection of everything I need most often. Sometimes feels like they are understaffed when help is needed. I f I can’t find what I’m looking for here, Lowe’s is almost across the street. Both give veterans 10% discounts… very much appreciated.

Another hardware store from Home Depot. It’s not as nice as Lowe’s however it does have everything. More so than Lowe’s because this place is the Walmart version of hardware where Lowe’s is the Target. Everyone was very nice there, shelves stocked and no complaints from me.

I alternate between Home Depot & Lowes regularly. Both stores are a hit & miss for me . I don’t find that the service and knowledge of the employees are as good as the local lumber yards, but I still like shopping there.

A little more than standard Home Depot. Friendly, helpful employees… easy to navigate store. Fair & affordable pricing. Upon entry I was greeted by employees & fellow customers alike; several times while in the aisle, questions of assistance were brought up. Ample parking. Great store. Great people. Great town.

I got stuck half way in to a DIY home improvement project and needed a specific piece of hardware. The department associate was deeply involved in helping another customer, so I walked up and down the aisle, scanning for my part with no success. The moment he was available, Jeff quickly made his way over to me to help me out. He confirmed that they didn’t carry what I needed in store, and then asked me what my project was. I explained what I was attempting to do and his face lit up. He informed me he had a plan and I followed him around the store to retrieve different pieces. He opened up boxes and assembled all the pieces together to a) show me his vision and b) make sure all the pieces would fit properly. His solution was better than my plan and saved me a lot of time and work. He even cut(and offered to glue, but didn’t have any glue handy) pieces for me. As I was walking out, I remembered I needed sandpaper but was unsure what aisle I needed to be in. Another associate a few aisles down spotted me and pointed me in the right direction, with a big smile on his face. This is the most help I have EVER gotten from a home improvement store. On an additional note: I usually don’t discuss/compare competitors in reviews, however, I feel this experience is appropriate in this context. I visited a competing home improvement store earlier in the day looking for my hardware. The associate(female) who assisted me referred to my needs as «his»… as in, I was clearly fetching parts for a man. I don’t get worked up over this kind of thing, but this experience made me appreciate that Jeff had enough sense to find out this was MY project before making assumptions.

It’s Home Depot… and while they have a great selection of spray paint colors at this location. I always feel like I am there alone. It’s fine, I like it that way sometimes. Unfortunately, I cannot run the saw in the lumber department. I have my panels cut there, as I do not have a table saw or a truck to haul large pieces of wood. This trip I was able to grab someone really fast, he was really nice(especially as I had him cut over thirty panels) and was interested that I make ordinary wood from Home Depot into art… I ALWAYS use the contractors checkout and now you can even pay with… get this!!! Paypal… you don’t even have to have a card or a nickle on you. I thought that was brilliant! Good Move Home depot… welcome to the digital age!
