I believe that most medical doctor’s are, with no doubt, doing their best in treating patients. The only problem we had today was that the staff didn’t give us any status of the waiting period. We checked-in at 10:55am and still waiting to see the doctor. The time is 1:34pm right now.
Knowing the ‘waiting’ status always helps. The lack of this customer/patient service is why I’m giving this clinic 1 Star or a negative 50.
