Walgreens

I have been visiting this store for twelve years. After today’s visit, I will not be returning. I stepped behind the counter to get cigars for cigar and whiskey night and Rosa yelled «ma’am you can’t go behind the counter.» I smiled, apologized, and stepped away with cigars in hand and walked to the line. I let her know that everyone else lets me behind to grab whatever I need and apologized two more times. She again exclaimed that I was NOT to go behind the counter and there is a sign that states that. Was I supposed to go behind the counter and put it back? I was confused. I told her I was sorry and would remember the sign in the future. She just wouldn’t let it go even after my apology. «People steal things like that!» Scared little rabbit Rosa’s last words to me, because she obviously wasn’t going to accept my apology, was «I’m just sayin’». She had to have the last word, made me look like a fool, and never accepted my apologies. You can play it back on your video.
