i must say this is the worst complex in america!!! i have been here for 90 days and i have been living with mold for 60 days. not one person has been by to fix this issue. my living room ceiling is falling at this very moment. all of my light fixtures in the kitchen and living room are all completely full of water. major electrical issues!!! this place is terrible… to add insult to injury, they always turn off the hot water without notice. the providence at memorial are the worst!!! *i’m not the only tenant who is having issues like this*

Horrible ! Horrible ! Horrible !
It is Friday Morning at 3:46 am on June 10th, 2016. I am a hard worker coming back for graveyard shift. I have been working day and night. All I want to do is take a hot shower. How can this water possibly be icy in June ?
If you ever decide to live here, you will never have a notice when they are cutting off the water. Which is every 2 to 3 weeks. You will be washing your children’s clothes or preparing a great family meal or simply wanting to relax after a long days work. They will always tell you that it was an emergency and it couldn’t be avoided. Well, I have had 7 emergency in the last 5 months lol.
