Great massage. Very nice and personable masseuse. I will definitely use Adan again. He visited my home for a private session. His music is really good also(no massage envy repeat crap).

No one seems to answer the phone when I call to book a massage. I used Groupon to purchase some massage packages. I did not know the 115 in 115 Massage meant I have to call 115 times to book a massage. Due to the difficulty in booking a massage, Groupon refunded my vouchers. This«business»(it sounds like it’s really just 2 people) bit off more than it could chew with the Groupon marketing.

Adan is a very professional, patience and experience masseuse! Adan always goes the extra mile, and has very strong hands. Each time I have a session with him I instantly start to think of those I know to send to Adan because I want them to experience how I feel! I highly recommend 115MASSAGE and will continue to be a loyal client!

I also bought the My Daily Deals special, as this spa is in my area and I thought it was worth checking out. The first few times I called to book an appointment, I was concerned that the phone number listed was some girl’s personal cell phone, and she answers it just«hello»(without stating the name of the business) and there is no recording on her voicemail. Strike 1. When I did finally get a hold of her(she doesn’t return calls, you have to keep calling) she said they were all booked up for this week and next week, so if I wanted an appointment I had to call back next week. She could not tell me about availability for after the next 10 days, I would have to call back in a week. What kind of spa doesn’t book appointments more than 10 days out? Strike 2. Finally, this week I gave them another shot. Left a message on their no-message voicemail and this time received a call back from a man. He was nice and more professional, booking me for Thursday at 1:30. Ten minutes later, he called me back saying he talked to the therapist and the only time he has available now is Thursday at 3:15 pm. So on Thursday morning, I call to confirm my appointment since others have had issues with this and the whole thing seems a little disorganized. Nobody answers, and I don’t get a call back until hours later at 1:30 pm! Less than 2 hours before my appointment, he calls to cancel because the therapist is sick. I learned the hard way– 115 Massage is not your typical Massage Spa. From what I can tell, it’s a 2-man operation– one who books the appointments and the other who provides the service inside the Enchante Salon off of Mid Lane. I would like to still give them a try– that is, if I can ever nail down an appointment!

I purchased a massage through My Daily Deals, and I can’t regret it more. I called at 10am on the day of the deal, so I assume I was one of the first buyers to actually make an appointment. I made it for that Saturday at 4pm, and just two hours before my appointment, I got a call saying I had been double-booked. I rescheduled for the following Saturday at 4pm. I call at 2pm(to make sure my appointment was still on the books) and was informed she had me down for 5pm. I told her that was not right and I couldn’t push it back an hour. I was offered a hot stone massage with aromatherapy if I came in at 5pm. First of all, I couldn’t come in at 5pm, and I booked a deep tissue massage anyway — so I wasn’t even going to get what I came for! So I tell her I want my money back, and believe it or not she agreed. I tell her I will come in later that day to do the exchange. I come in at 4pm and NOONE is there. There’s also construction going on. I call her and she said«she left for the day and I never said when I was coming in.» I finally hunt someone down in the building, they take my coupon and my information and promise me a check in the next week. It’s been two weeks, no check. I’m considering filing a complaint with the BBB.
