This place has a ragged parking lot. I don’t really have much else to say. I just didn’t like that there were 13 reviews. So I wanted to make it 14.

Small bar feel but really roomy. Short wait at bar, the bartenders are always really fast. There are a few that have been there for a long time. I think the managing bartender’s name is Alan. Even when I see the bar dead he keeps it fun. Karaōke is on Wednesdays. Besides the 3 people that sing over and over again it is fun. A lot of Houston gaymers events happen here so there are games for you to play a lot of the time. And they have some card games to play normally which is fun after a couple drinks.

This bar has a lot of potential, especially under the new management. It’s in a great location with plenty of parking and quite nice inside. One thing that I would change is the bartenders. Expensive shitty drinks aren’t cute and the bartenders could stand to take some people skills. I suppose these things come with experience. Like I said, definitely the potential to be a great bar, just have to work on a few items. Rating this place a three

typically pretty cool with this place, but last night the barback was walking around with shirt off. i get this bar attracts a certain type of crowd and thats never been a problem to me. im not into that personally but have frequented this place for two years because its always chill and the bartender with the tattoos always takesbcare of me. with that being said the barback walking around with his shirt off all night is just not cool. ive always liked this place, but if the new régime thinks this stuff is okay, ill be avoiding this place from now on.

5-4-2015 First time to this place Monday night. Caught the 4th quarter of the Rockets game. Bartender was good and friendly. Rest Room was clean very spacious. Was a very thin crowd but that is understanding on a Monday night. Place looked really cool. I will come back on a weekend and see how this place really operates and update my review. But I enjoyed myself here last night.

Love this place. Very cozy. The staff is always so welcoming. Very chill. Good for a date or just to hang out. They have darts and pool and karaōke on certain nights. Good music playing in the background.

I’ve always liked this place, it is laid back, mixed crowd, drinks made really well, good music, and the atmosphere is like a rock club living room. You’re surrounded by BIG screens, music videos, on Thursday they have ROCKBAND! There’s not another place like it.

I have been here multiple times over the last couple of months, and I enjoy it. It’s got a small bar feel but has enough room that makes it feel like you’ve got space to mingle. There is only one bar, with usually 2 bartenders. On a crowded Saturday night it’s a bit of a wait and fight to even order a drink. But, they do make them quickly and generously. I suggest paying with cash and NOT leaving a tab open because fighting the crowd to close your tab is a giant pain in the butt. Parking can also get a little tight despite there being an empty lot next door, but there is always street parking on that dark side street(good luck.)

First and foremost we were 6 heterosexuals, and this is a gay bar. We were using Unilocal to bar hop in Houston for birthdays. We saw great reviews, and nothing said it was a gay bar… so we went in. The girls bathroom was the cleanest bathroom we experienced of the seven bars we went to that night. The drinks are reasonably priced. I had two chocolate pretzel shots, they were delicious. This place was quiet even though it had a large group of people inside. You could have a conversation with your friends easily and drink. So even though it was a gay bar, and we were all straight, we had a really good time and will go back when in the area.

I checked out Thirteen the Heights Bar a few weeks ago with a group of friends and we loved it. The bartender, Antonio was was friendly and Johnny on the Spot with our drinks. He even introduced us to a few new drinks. I loved the red comfy couch and comfortable seating/space for my group of friends. Great music selection on the jukebox. The décor simple, but thoughtfully put together coupled with its warm, inviting atmosphere makes it a plus for us. We have already booked the place for an upcoming birthday party:)

A friend told me about this place a few weeks ago, and a group of us finally checked it out last night — LOVED it! Very quaint. There were various types of seating available, a nice little stage with two mic stands, and great seating in the patio. Bartender for the night, Tony, was quick and friendly. There’s karaōke on Sundays, and the crowd — good size, not huge — was great. I think we may have found our Sunday hangout spot. P. S. This location used to be In-N-Out bar.
