Refrigerator went out, they had a technician in the area so he arrived within 30 mins of my call. They were very courteous and helpful from beginning to end. The no service call fee was an added bonus as well. HOLD UP! Change of heart, service is inconsistent. Yes, they were very good at first, but since then, another problem occurred and despite repeated calls and a promise to come out and order a part, they pulled a no call no show. I thought they were excellent, but now I’m having serious second thoughts. I’m still waiting on a call back despite the two calls following their no call no show.
