1st Source Servall Appliance Parts

1^st Source is an appliance parts warehouse. They have a wide wide range of parts in stock that you can get on the spot. They also have another location in Houston on the Northwest side of town.
I did not know exactly what part I needed for my washer. I am mechanically inclined, so I had a good idea of what I needed but was not 100% sure. I went to 1^st Source and explained my problem with my Speed Queen washer. Sure enough, they agreed with me at «guessing» what the problem was. Unfortunately, they did not have the timer I needed at the Winkler location. They did have it at the NW location. I paid for it + shipping and they sent it from the other store and I got the part the next day. I installed it and ding ding ding, it worked.
I did look for the part online and found that 1^st Source is comparable to most things I can find online. Sometimes they are slightly more expensive but I get the convenience of having the part the same day or the next.
Most (maybe all but I’m not sure) of their parts come with a lifetime guarantee. If you keep your original receipt, they will exchange the part you purchased for free. They will not refund money if you buy the wrong part because they really can’t tell if you are returning the broken one or not. Therefore, I really don’t blame them.
All in all, I am really pleased with them having parts that I need and are somewhat close to my home. I highly recommend them for your parts needs.
