Pros and cons with a big distance in-​between. Pro– their phone service is good, gets all the details, repeats back to insure they got it, calls with a reminder. Con– they advertise on-​time service but give such a broad window for arrival — 4 – 5 hours — that it’s imposible to miss. Pro — the technicians I’ve had were capable, competent and courteous, and will come evenings and weekends and have emergency service. Con — they are outrageously expensive, way more than I’d expect for an on-​call service. When my inside A/​C condenser unit failed, they quoted $ 3600 to replace it with the same one. I got a second quote for $ 1800 from another A/​C place, and $ 1250 from a third, both alternate quotes were for an improved unit with air-​handling modifications that improved efficiency.
