Was told my passport would be ready June 25th. When I did not hear from them on June 30th(with my trip on July 7th) I decided to give them a call. Apparently they did not have an address or phone number on file for me because I sent my check via snail mail and not online and my passport had been sitting there for days… I asked what do you do when this normally happens? What if I hadn’t called? No answer, no apology, nothing! I just don’t get why I paid for 10 – 15 day service and my passport was just sitting there. Took way over 10 – 15 days. I know I can’t be the only person who sends their money in by check. And they emailed me with the date that they expected my passport to be completed weeks ago so I know they had contact information for me. So I guess just be sure to follow up with them If you don’t hear back? Although I feel that if you’re paying extra to expedite your passport this should not be a concern. My husband used this service and had no issues but picked up his passport in the office. Needless to say, will never wait til last minute to renew my passport and definitely wouldn’t waste my money again. In response to Amirah There was No attempt to contact me. I received an email on 6÷17÷15 stating that my passport had been received and should be completed by 6÷25÷15. This is the last email I received from A1, so I know a1 passport and visa had a way to contact me. I also provided my address and phone number on multiple documents that were sent with my passport. So I simply don’t find the excuse«we didn’t have an address or phone number on file» acceptable. I am very upset with this situation and don’t appreciate being made to feel like this is my fault.

DONOTUSEAGENCY! These are nothing but rip off courier services. We paid over $ 350.00 and wound up dealing directly with the state department. The staff was rude and did not care once they had their money if our passport got made on time or not. Go directly to the 1919 Smith 4th floor pay the $ 179.00 and get top service. A1 passport basically said not our problem and we cannot help you. THANKS!
