What can I say —- first encounters with Joe (Jose) Alvarado and his crews were pleasant.
We had a small problem on one project — mostly miscommunication between Mr. Alvarado and his right hand man — while Mr. Alvarado was out of town. When Mr. Alvarado came back to town — he got right on the problem — apologized and finished the job. Some over spray was still to be cleaned up— but overall, I will be using him on more projects. He was professional in his response — and completing the work himself
