I want to start off by saying I went to the store on Fm 529 completed the application process and made my first payment for the TV I was going to lease. Nick called me to setup a delivery time for my TV for Monday between 11−3pm, so ok Monday comes and I got called into work. I called the store to reschedule for Tuesday for the TV to be delivered at the same time. OK So Tuesday come and around 1:15pm I get a phone call from a female and sorry I didn’t catch her name and she stated that she needed some information to verify that I lived at my address and she gave me a company email so that I could email her the information she needed so I did. Low and behold 3:30pm came and went so I called the store to see what was going on and nick tell me that they couldn’t verify my employment for whatever reason. Now that is very poor management because they already had taken my money and setup a delivery time. That is very POORMANAGEMENTANDINEXCUSABLE! !! You would think that they would verify all the information on the customer application before taking any money and setting up a delivery. Please go back to Customer Service Training because this is ludacris.

Unprofessional management. Filled out application for a used set of sofas and a preowned set of washer and dryer. Rediculously over priced(you end up paying 2x what it’s worth-but I was desperate for furniture and washer/dryer).skeptical, I still wanted to go through with it. They ask you to put your employer’s info, 4 references. After a few mintues they said everything was confirmed and we could set the delivery date and complete the transaction, so filled out all the paper work and paid $ 175. Unfortunately they do not deliver Thursdays. so I set a time for Friday. I end up scheduling my day around the delivery for them to call me stating they could not get in touch with my employer and would need to get in touch with them before bringing the furniture. My employer was out of town for a funeral and I couldn’t even get in touch with them. They said we had to cancel the whole deal. The manager was not willing to work with me after spending 3 days trying to get the stuff delivered. I am glad it was cancelled. I took my busingess to Rent to Own and had an over all better experience.
