As a consumer surveyor, I am really impressed with the company They go above and beyond to help you with your needs. I highly recommend them. They help you at your convienence and before you know it your back to normal or as even better than you were before. Such an uplifting and positive experience.

Avoid this company like the plague!!. If there was a 0 stars rating, ABC Restoration would get it. They were invited by, and accompanied my insurance adjuster to review roof damage that was leaking into our home. Once we found that the damage was not covered by insurance and we’d be paying for the job ourselves, the ABC guy seemed a lot less interested in our business. He said he’d get the estimate to me the next day. This was 3 weeks ago. I’ve followed up with calls and emails to others at ABC. Still no meaningful responses or estimates.
They clearly don’t want our business, and worse, aren’t adult or professional enough to just say so. Even a quick email to encourage me to look elsewhere would have saved me a lot of time and headache. If you can’t follow up with customers you shouldn’t be in business. Thanks for nothing ABC. Hope the rest of your business is just as profitable.
