I went in just looking around and my friend approached a guy that worked there Anthony I believe was his name. Aside from being very attractive he was very helpful. Thanks to him I was able to place an item on hold and walked out satisfied. :)

You wanted an exchange on a damaged item for which you had NO RECEIPT. For all we know you stole that in the changing room and damaged it in the process! Secondly, you had the audacity to come into the store unkempt and with a foul (obviously unbathed) odor which is offensive to the public and our staff. The item you exchanged was different but similar which explains the cost difference. You wrote your false review and then wrote several others that same day on Unilocal in the hope of legitimizing your review based on Unilocal algorithm but it was still dubbed as unhelpful by Unilocal.Nice try! Please visit other brands for all your shoplifting needs!

Lots of designs as usual, from visual display of large posters to lots of undergarments and visual concepts of new trends. This store is larger than other locations that you stop into and their concepts are really nice on the eye as well as their intricate designs.

I had the worst customer service experience in my life today at the A&F Memorial City Mall store in Houston Texas.
I walked in to the store today 10/​14/​2013 at about 12:40 p.m. with my teenage daughter to shop for her & we’ve not even been in the store for a minute & I have only picked up the first garment, a pair of jeans from the shelf — mind you ‘picked up & not even unfolded it to see the beautiful embroidery on it’, when an associate comes behind me & snatches it from my hands & yes I could have used the words ‘took’ or ‘grab’ but no she did snatch it from me & put it right back on the shelf. As we were wondering did that just happen? She is asking us «What size are you looking for?» I look at my daughter & ask if she is a size 1 when the associate quickly responds «We don’t carry size 1» (as my daughter wear clothes from both Hollister & A&F & she wears size 1 in Hollister & 0 from A&F I was not sure). Ideally the associate should present a solution as to trying 2 closest sizes & so on… But well, it was very clear she didn’t want us in the store for reasons best known to her (could be the color of our skin??? as I don’t see a reason for her to behave the way she did)
It doesn’t end here, I thought to myself that she might be new to this & asked very politely «Can I look at the jeans please?» & she says «it’s not the size you want» very rudely. It was a size 0 which my daughter could very well have tried on. That was a second time she was making it clear for us to get out of the store. As I was leaving & she rolled her eyes I had to leave a feedback & so I went to the register & waited a good 10 minutes in line & asked to speak to the Store Manager & lo & behold who comes in a few minutes Ms. Michelle Layne — the same person I wanted to give a feedback about. I asked her name & the she did give me her name & store # & left. When I asked the cashier at the register again what’s the store # she says she doesn’t know??? & no eye contact or any acknowledgement!!! Really? couldn’t she look it up? Well can’t blame the cashier as if the manager is such you can’t expect much from the rest of the staff.
I figured either this is the kind of image A&F intends to build for itself or they don’t train their employees or they simply don’t care for their business. OR most likely they only hire people who have not got a chance to study the history of this great country USA which belongs to the Native Americans & rest of us all have moved here at some point in the generations gone by.

bloody hell, there is a female manager here that is an idiot. despite being a MANAGER, she did not know the return policy and refused my online return because it was over 60 days. i had to contact the corporate office to sort it out. go to the galleria location. the selection there is better anyway.
