This nail salon has been my favorite go to spot for about 2 years. All the nail technicians(except for one…) are really polite and will try their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They have a big color selection, but about half of the colors are in the front of the salon. I do, however, admit once I’ve picked a color that was old and wasn’t a well known nail polish and it left my nails clumpy and it chipped early. Now, I’m kinda picking on what I choose. Today, I removed my fake nails and got shellac instead and also the #2 pedicure. The massage was awesome! I almost fell asleep. I probably had the best service today then I’ve had in a while. I would give them 5 stars based on today, but it’s not 100% like this all the time. I don’t have many complaints and the prices are a low average. I will definitely keep coming back as long as I live in the area!

This was my first time coming here and I loved it! When it comes to getting my nails done I’m very picky. But this place met my expectations. I highly recommend Molly, she is very detailed and listens to what you want. She’s also very sweet.

Never left disappointed. I’ve been here on multiple occasions for different services. Full set acrylic-excellent nails always last longer than average… variety of colors and new colors in stock Pedicure– different options to choose from(massage, towel, stone, etc) …always attentive. never hurts. and very personal feel Refill– very reasonable price. Always gets me in and out Eyebrows– the best around… pays attention to how I ask for them to be arched and nails it Everytime.(no pun intended) And the best thing is I have never had to wait to be seated and I always walk in!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Mai is the best at full sets/acrylic refills. Ly and Nga are the best at shellac and regular manicures. Just got another acrylic set done with shellac yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased!

So per the reviews I decided to try this place out since it is so close to my apartment. First visit there I went in for some acrylic french tips. The nail tech cut my cuticle twice pretty badly. I figured maybe it was just her off day, but the nails did look fabulous. I also asked for a nail design(which they stated they were able to do) only to have someone else attempt to draw on my nail the design I picked out and fail miserably. Against my better judgement I went in a month later to try again, this time with shellac. When removing my acrylic nails, one of the ladies ripped off my actual nail bed but only in the center of my nail. Talk about some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt! You could see the light pink flesh of my actual finger where the natural nail was supposed to be. She went on with the process of doing my shellac manicure, and when she was about to put the drying liquid on my nail I asked her if it would burn where my skin was now exposed and she assured me it wouldn’t hurt. SHEWASWRONG! And all she could say was woops. I’ve learned my lesson… And I will be sure not to return.

Never coming here again! Here’s why 1) color selection was not good. They had a good amount of maroons and oranges but barely any reds… Like what?! 2) The water wasn’t hot! This is my biggest complaint. I like my water really really hot… It was barely warm and they said it’s the hottest it gets… how are you running a nail salon without hot water?! 3) I don’t care for the massage that’s built into the chair but I like to sit back and relax while I’m getting a pedicure. My chair was broken and didn’t go back at all! I had to sit up and was uncomfortable the whole time. On top of it the lady who was doing my pedicure and the owner were not even apologetic about it!

At first I really liked this place. Seemed clean and pleasant. Good pedicure. But then I came a second time with my daughter. We both had pedicures. Technicians were rough and seemed in a hurry. Didn’t trim the cuticles very well. Bottom line, I’ve had better. Then I went back for just a manicure. I was put at a station that had remnants from the last manicure done. Dirty towels with dead skin, etc. I had to sit for a long time before anyone came to do my nails. And they were just going to start working at that dirty spot! I HAD to ask for a clean station. Seriously?! And they are always looking at the door, not paying attention to the customer in front of their face. So I will make it easy for them and remove myself as a customer.

After unsuccessfully scowering 7 or 8 nail places in the NW Houston area, I decided to try the place just around the corner from my apartment complex. Why. Didn’t. I. Come. Earlier. As a proud born and raised Jersey girl, I hold salons up to a very high standard. This is the only place that actually hit the mark. Sets/fills are reasonably priced, and they do fantastic pedicures. It’s usually not too busy and they will spend the proper time on you to make sure your tips and toes look awesome when you walk out. As well, they last very long — A typical pink and white set needs to be refilled every 2 weeks; I’ve gotten away with close to 3 weeks sometimes. I’m sad that I’m moving out of my apartment/Houston because I finally found this place, but I hope this review brings them good business!
