My husband and I have been going to Absolute Pilates with Mima for over 3 years. She is great at instructing us on the reformers. My range of motion has improved and I don’t have tha aches and pains I had before… Highly recommend this form of exercise and highly recommend Mima!

After years of unsuccessful strength training I met Mima and she has changed my life. My developing limp is gone and my waistline has shrunk. Her specific on hands pilates classes are now a part of my life. It has been over a year and my strength and balance are better than they were ten years ago. I highly rec. Mima if you are serious about pilates and want the BEST. If I could give her ten stars I would.

Absolute Pilates is AMAZING, both Joe and Mima are knowledgeable, attentive and awesome to train with. Following fibroid surgery years ago, my doctor/​surgeon commented about my abdominal muscles and cutting through. I told her, it was due to Mima and Absolute Pilates. Also did Yoga with Joe and cycling with Mima.

When you hire a trainer you usually get a man that have you lefting weights as if you were training for a football team, BUT NOT HERE. I LOVE the time and committment Mimi takes with each client and structures a program for your individual needs. Within a 3 week period I was able to have full motion of an arm that was motionless for 2 years. Within 2 months I was using my own body weight on the pilates machines. Sometimes I would stay over for the Yoga classes where I continued to work on my flexibility.
