I bought a used MB C350 from ABZ last year and got a great deal. Alex was very helpful but it really annoys me what happened at the end of the deal. They have a great selection and you could say it is almost a black tie dealership. I had the used car checked out thoroughly by a professional MB mechanic however a TPMS wheel sensor was broken off inside one tire, no biggie asked Alex if he’d deduct it from walk out price and he said he would just replace it. Runs car to mechanic, i finish paper work, TPMS sensor warning light off when I receive car. I get 15 miles out of Houston and light comes back on. Call Alex he says bring back tomm. I drive from Galveston all the way back and they take car to mechanic and then light off again, I drive 15 miles out of town and lights come back on. Alex starts ignoring my calls and text. I went to discount tire and had them pull all the tires and all the Sensors had been stolen which had made the system inactive. They were resetting the car everytime till I got down the road out of town. I know all the sensors were there before because my pro mechanic checked the batteries on them and also the tire system never said inactive. I ended up paying an extra $ 300 out of pocket because there is no way to get the lights and inactive warning system off. Shady business practices watch yourself and sign the «we owe» if you deal with them.

I drove from 1 and a half hours away to see Zack, and his vehicles. I was very interested in a car he had for an amazing price. When I finally arrived to his dealership I was greeted by his employee Wilson immediately, and escorted to the car I desired to see. We finally got to the financing part of the deal, and the banks gave me an extremely high rate.. A rate I couldn’t afford. However, Zack had continued to call around, having not given up on me! He called me the following morning and gave me the good news, a bank had accepted my credit for a more than reasonable rate, and now I own a fantastic car. Zack and Wilson were kind until we left the dealership, even offering the fastest route home, to avoid Houston traffic. I would recommend Zack to anybody, and he surely has my future business.
