They moved to a new larger location… So a little further from me. I walked in and the«Greeter» was texting on her phone. I’ve been 3 – 4 times in the past 2 months and have been ignored each time. I was looking at ammo and an employee walks by me. Hangs out in the aisle watching me, about 2 mins and pretending to tie his shoe, he finally left. Not one word was said. The lines are usually long like 5+ deep no matter the time.

Poor customer service not helpful and always standing around doing nothing the largest group was about 8 employees standing in the middle of the aisle blocking traffic. Quick check out. Poor selection of clothes and shoes they are always out of certain sizes and styles some unknown and poor brands.

Still another Academy store where the associates aren’t helpful. We couldn’t locate any of the employees to assist us with looking for old printed pink camo. The employees just standing around looking clueless and talking to their co-workers. I guess they get paid to talk and be lazy. They didn’t have any pink camo with the original print.

Terrible customer service!!! Walked through the entire store, haven’t been acknowledged once by a single employee. Everyone seem to be hiding behind shelves avoiding interaction with the customer. They did have what I was looking for, but I walked out without making a purchase just to make a point.
