Worse than the DMV. 0 stars. Was ignored for an hour. Other reviews are accurate. Making an appointment further away from lunch (mine was 1:40, and I waited until about 3pm) seems to cut your waiting time a bit. Bring a book or something, or better yet, book your testing/​fingerprinting elsewhere.

The only other review here is dead on! This place is horrible! What’s the point of an appointment if they don’t even address them. Anywhere I can complain about this place officially where they’ll be reprimanded for their horrible service?

Wish I could give zero stars. Most bizarre business practice ever. Walk in to a closed window with a sign forbidding you from knocking. No sign in sheet. No attention given to your appointment time. Opens every 45 minutes or so per those waiting. Once they get your paperwork you then wait again staring at that closed window for another chunk of time. Last time I got finger prints at another company (unfortunately no longer open) in Upper Kirby was in and out. Don’t know we’re else to recommend but others in the waiting room mention places where you are in and out in 10 minutes.
