Do yourself a favor & save yourself the time ! The woman who owns this place is very rude literally if you ask for regular nail polish instead of shellac she’s rude about it. It’s all about the money to her not service. I tipped 20 $ one time & she said she didn’t care about her workers she was keeping it… I stated to her to please make sure they got it ! Besides the rude environment your nails will look poorly done. Never will return again !

If Unilocal had half of a star to rate this place, it wld be too much! I sat down for them to my remove shellac off of my nails(I think Alex is her name) she start filing my shellac off. I asked her to use the foil method to soak it off and she said«You tell me how to do your nails?» I politely said yes,(in my head I was like«I pay for it right?») and walked out. This was not the first time I have been rubbed the wrong way their. They are a some what of a clean place. My main issue is that I can not stand spending over $ 100 bucks and tipping very well, and being treated like crap! Thanks a lot, Adagio you have lost a customer for your SMARTMOUTH, greed, and lack of customer respect. #nottheone #bye

I I usually don’t leave reviews unless it was so super fabulous that it is a must share. OR bad to the point that I need to help put others on notice. I have had bad experiences plenty of time but I don’t normally go and put that on a review as «things happen». This time I had to do a review as I have never had an infection before for ANYTHING. I came here for a Shellac Mani and their most expensive pedi package this past Friday. First time coming here and I chose this place as I was comparing reviews from surrounding area. It is very clean and presentable when you walk in and the people are very nice. Problem started as the lady starting cutting my cuticle and I felt a nip but I didn’t say anything and just moved my finger so she knew I knew. I don’t normally say anything(it has happen at other places before) because what was nip has already been nipped and I can’t change that. So then she said«oh» and I said«yes?»…she told me I had dry skin(at the finger I felt the cut on) so I thought, «ok, I didn’t know I have dry skin but whatever». So after my nails were done I looked at where she was talking about. I didn’t have dry skin, she indeed nipped me pretty good but it wasn’t bleeding but very close to it that you can see the red. So $ 72 later and 12 for tip… I left. I went home and washed it and applied Neosporin. It started to hurt really bad the next day Saturday and got worse on Sunday then it started to pus on Monday and looked like skin was growing out of where the cut was. It is gross. Today is Wed and I still can’t type on that finger and it hurts. I hope it goes away soon because I don’t want to have to go to a dr for this.

Love this place I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. This place is CLEAN… and that is important to me. The prices are moderate but you get what you pay for. The technicians have always been polite and given me the service I have requested with no complaints on my end. The delux pedi is worth it get it if you can

I’m usually really picky and skeptical to try out new nail salons but since this nail shop was literally 5 minutes away and i desperately needed a manicure i decided to try it. I was greeted right away as soon as i walked in, the gentlemen in the front asked me what service would i like and i told him manicure with shellac polish. He said ok $ 27 which i would say price wise it’s moderate. I had my nails done by Dung(vietnamese name) but she goes by Helen. She was very meticulous which is something that i liked. She shaped my nails really well and gave me advice on how to care for your cuticle. The service was about 30 – 45 minutes long. I thought the place was new but the owner said they have been opened for about almost 4 years. Nail service was good, price was moderate, overall i would come again but only to Helen since she did a good job. NOTE to others who need to get their eyebrows waxed: when i was in the salon, i overheard a customer complaining and making a big scene about her eyebrows and how her technician made them look crooked and she even stated that she wasn’t going to pay for them and in her 14 years that she’s never had her eyebrows like this before. I also heard the technician telling the owner in vietnamese that she had warned the customer about her eyebrows being uneven and that if she wants to make it even, she needs to thin it a little more. Overall, the customer was upset, made a huge scene and walked out unhappy.
