I had a special need, in regards to employment and emailed direct to this company’s president and owner Tom Poole for assistance. He never even bothered to reply to me to advise that he would not be able to assist me either way. Please consider before you patronize this company. Having an owner that lacks business etiquette to simply hit «reply» on a computer and type a few lines, what else is he not doing at that company? Although this is not related to a purchase as a customer, it is relevant to this company’s character in the community.

Once again, Adaptive Driving Access (ADA) at the Willowbrook location has done an outstanding job providing the best service in the industry. Geoff and Will are at the top of their game when dealing with customers and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. They even had suggestions that would enhance my use of the vehicle.
Their lounge area is attractive and comfortable, and the ADA staff is polite and responsive. This is the second vehicle ADA has modified for me, and they will definitely receive my business for future vehicles.
Do not waste your time with the other companies. Choose ADA first.
