I can’t say enough good things about the customer service that I have received at this store. Cole, in particular, has been most helpful. He helped me change out my temporary tag with the permanent plates, while his colleague used a special spray to get the permanent glue off my windshild and helped me put up my new registration sticker. After I got the proper front licence plate bracket from the dealer, I went back, and Cole helped me attach it and the front plate to my car, also. Cole refused a tip and said to make this my store, and I have, for sure! A friend referred me here based on the service he received, and I’ll only come back here and refer this location to friends, too.

Show no compassion are courtesy to me. Lie about an order ect. And the other associates have to apologize for her actions. I don’t think I’ll be coming back no time soon. Keep an eye on this one.

My car and I have had it a little rough these last couple of weeks. I suppose it’s because my car is no longer a newborn, but a stubborn toddler, and felt the need to rebel. First, I had a flat tire a couple of weeks ago. And then this past weekend, it refused to start altogether. *sigh* I had it towed to the dealer for diagnostics (expect a not-​so-​glowing update to my previous Sterling McCall Hyundai review, but I’ll write that once I’ve calmed down a bit), and was told that I needed a new battery. Since my car is no longer under warranty for the battery (and the dealer wanted to charge $ 180 for their battery that ONLY comes with a ONE YEAR warranty), I decided to check out other options.
Enter Advance Auto Parts. I did an online search and did some price comparisons. (On a side note, I also checked this place out on Unilocal.They had several rave reviews, and now I know why.)
They carry a brand called Auto Craft that gets really good reviews overall. I even went to a forum for Hyundai owners, and found a couple of glowing reviews of the Auto Craft battery specifically. This battery also comes with a THREE year replacement warranty. Score! Being the internet sleuthing guru that I am, I also found a coupon code that got me $ 40 off my order when I placed an order online. I paid, took my car over after work, and although there were only two guys on duty, they installed my battery right away. Well, one installed it and one oversaw the installation. (Installation is free if you leave your old battery with them. And why not? Who needs a bad battery?) I also received a rebate for recycling my old battery core, and got ANOTHER $ 19 off. So my new car battery cost about $ 78. Who doesn’t love a good deal? And great customer service on top of a good deal? Nirvana!
I have a new go-​to shop for all things auto parts. These guys have definitely won my business!

Clean, efficient, advanced. Advanced Auto Parts. A well-​stocked store with helpful people who know more about cars than me.
I usually buy car accessories here like windshield wiper fluid, car cleaning/​babying supplies, and thin chrome rims that go over your license plate but don’t cover the plate.
This isn’t for your Beginner at auto maintenance and repair. (Please refer to name of store).
For example, if you don’t know what an engine is, this store may not be for you. Engine oil goes – you guessed it – in the engine. It does not go into the brake-​fluid reservoir or the transmission. That will ruin your car. In fairness, it was really not my fault, I put it where my sister told me. I mean, she should have known, she took shop while I took typing.
Another tip for beginners: a gallon of windshield fluid is a mere $ 2, sold here at Advance Auto Parts. Don’t try to save a few pennies by putting windex+water in your fluid tank. It can ruin the system, although my Dad never owned a car long enough to prove it.
So, in summary: don’t buy a used car from my family.
Oh, and Advance Auto Parts is recommended in my book. A-​OK!
