Advanced Auto Parts

I love shopping for my car stuff at Advanced Auto Parts. Much more so than I do at any other car parts and accessories stores like Auto Zone, or O’Reilly.
This particular Advanced store is clean. The employees here are generally nice and friendly. I’ve always had someone helpful, friendly, and chatty every time I swing by in here.
Just like any other Advanced Auto Parts store, or any car parts/​accessories store, this location offers free battery testing, Alternator testing, wiper and battery installation (with purchase,) and a whole bunch of other free services.
One downside about this location is it seems like they always have a very limited number of people working. It seems like two is the maximum number of people working here at any one time every time I come to the store. Luckily, the store was never packed every time I was here so I never had to wait too long. But how lucky can I be?
There’s an AutoZone next right next to this store, and an O’Reilly just a little bit down the street from here. But Advanced Auto Parts will always be my first choice.
The best part of shopping at Advanced Auto Parts is the DISCOUNT. Yes, discount! I don’t just think of something I need to get and drop in and buy it. That’s never the case. What I do is I do a quick Google search for discount code. And you WILL find them. The amount of the discounts vary, obviously, depending on the amount of your purchase. But you can find up to a $ 50 discount off a $ 100 or a $ 125 purchase, which is perfect if you’re looking to get something high dollar from the store like a car battery, or a floor jack, or something else that’s similarly high in price.

Went there today to get a serpentine belt. Walked past two guys smoking outside and wen in. Stood there for a few minutes, waiting to be helped and no one came, so I left, past the same two guys.
I guess they don’t really want to sell parts. Autozone is right next door… they treated me like I was their only customer.
Avoid this place.

When I walked in there was a line that was not moving very quickly, so I did not have high expectations. But when it was my turn, the employees were really friendly and the lady who helped me install my wiper blades was a pro. I would definitely go back.
