Advanced Laser Solutions and Med Spa

I am very disappointed in this business, regardless of the quality of service offered. I purchased a Groupon for the office in the Woodlands, used one service, and when I called back to schedule the second appointment I was told the office had closed. I never would have purchased a package if I knew that going to Houston was my only option — it’s way too inconvenient. When I recently posted on Facebook about my experience, I was told to call for a refund on the remaining services. When I called for the refund, I was told that they weren’t giving refunds and whoever answered me on Facebook wasn’t authorized to do so! Quality of service aside, this business is apparently not well-​run, certainly not customer-​focused and I can’t imagine that I will purchase any service from them again.

OKAY. ! so listen to me now DO NOT BUY THEIR GROUPON! I first purchased their groupon in house. So thats $ 300 wasted. ! They don’t use the correct laser to remove the hair! So basically your just going in for nothing. They use a IPL laser so it does nothing for the hair. In the Laser world it isn’t even considered a laser. So I would not purchase anything from them. They are liars. Second they didn’t show up for my appointment so I had to reschedule. Third, they tried to charge me for missing a appointment but when I told the lady that They didn’t show up for my initial appointment they disregarded and said it would be a $ 50 charge. Forget that ! I found a way better company that uses the correct lasers and has great costumer service.

My personal experience with Alonah was the best that I have ever had hands down! My results are always incredible and I have more compliments on my appearance than I have ever had. I always feel at home with the entire team. Always a pleasurable experience and Chad is always so kind and seems to be very connected to all of his clients.

I have had a amazing experience here. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technician is nice and helpful. The facility is clean and the décor is beautiful. I feel confident that any service I receive there will be excellent. I have been going there for 4 months now.

I saw a negative comment and felt that ya’ll should get 2 points of veiw about this place. I had a completely different experience here.
I’ve had several treatments for various skin corrections at a few different spas.
Now I am a regular at this spa:
1) Because the staff is the most personal and real staff I’ve dealt with — they make me feel comfortable about what I want to «fix» about myself.
2) Dr. Simon, Chad and the team of nurses know a lot about the equipment they use and seem more knowlegeable about lasers in general than many of the spas in Houston. I was referred to them originally by my doctor. They always give pros and cons to every treatment so you can make the right decision for youself.
3) The Infrared Sauna here is amazing! I’ve used these for many years to ease the pain of sore muscles and haven’t seen result this fast from other saunas.
Overall I think this spa is a great place to fix those imperfections that we all have by getting good advice and not feeling bad about it. Anytime you are putting a laser to your skin, you should ask LOTS of questions and they will have the answers.

Do your homework before going here. I did not and have wasted money now. They do not have a true laser for hair removal. It is an IPL –Palomar. Palomar IPLs are known for being the «jack of all trades and masters of none.» If you have dark skin this will not only NOT be effective for hair removal/​reduction but will actually DAMAGE your skin causing hyper pigmentation. It doesn’t penetrate deep enough.
Chad sells himself as an «expert» in lasers but not true. He claims other Drs. in Houston refer to him. I have talked to several and no one has ever heard of him.
Luckily I used Goupon and am only out $ 299 but at least have not caused additional damage to my skin.
I hate writing negative reviews but felt I had to as their business is very deceptive. I am considering further action to help expose their practices.
Please ask a lot of questions before going here!

I have been using ALS for a while. I find Chad to be very informative and knowledgeable. Shalene did an IPL and drastically reduced my sun damage. I highly recommend it for all your facial needs.
