Affiliates In Physical Therapy

Amazing staff and extremely on time and private. You may pay a little more depending on your insurance but out of all the places I have been this has been by far the best. I had an emergency one time and the women behind the counter along with two of the best physical therapists I’ve had, y’all know who you are ;) and the osteopathic dr, Dr. Howard (whose is equally amazing), did not think twice to help me and take 5 – 10 minutes to work with me to help solve the issue and wait for my family member to arrive. They’ve taught me to re-​understand my body after my incident and i can’t wait to come back soon to finish up physical therapy with them. Thank you affiliates in physical therapy team for being incredible and passionate!

I went in for minor leg pain, and they gave me a print out with some exercises to work on. Prior to the service, I asked what the charges would be, but they said they didn’t know since their systems were down.
My leg felt better after a while so I didn’t go back. A month later I got an insurance charge of $ 833. Really? What a scam! I wonder if the employees are embarrassed to say their 45 minute session costs so much so they pretend their systems are always down. I was expecting $ 125, which is what memorial hermann and other reputable physical therapy clinics charge.

I’ve been to several physical therapy offices over the years and none of them comes even close to the meticulous attention and professionalism of Affiliates in Physical Therapy. From the moment I entered the door to be greeted by Patricia or Sherella, to the extraordinary expertise of and care by Jennifer and Natalie, I couldn’t have asked for better help. They are extremely well trained and compassionate. I was astounded that I had either Jennifer’s or Natalie’s undivided attention the entire hour; at other PT locations, I was only one of 3 or 4 and never felt like I had adequate attention to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. At Affiliates in Physical Therapy, they’re with me every single minute. The best part is that they got my body working again with no pain!

Cynthia rocks. Sandy, not so much. Sandy double books appointments, and can still manage to do an ok job of monitoring the exercises of both patients. The problem is, she’s too concerned with getting the next patient in. She removed the electro monitoring system in the middle of my last exercise, only to place it on the table.
I asked her why, and she could only say she needed to get prepared for her next patient. My question is, why remove the machine that’s helping me for no reason? She didn’t like my question clearly, because I got a call an hour later asking if I’d like to change therapists. WOW!
No thanks, I’m going somewhere else.
