Took in a laptop to get a screen switched. It was a simple job.
Guy put in the wrong screen and then had the cheek to put the onus on me to buy the right screen (online). I got charged for everything full price and no «refund» word was ever utilized.
When I noticed what was wrong (after I had already been charged), the guy said «oh…it looks close enough».
Pfft. What a disreputable establishment. When I pay money for something specific, I expect that something specific to get done. Not some other task, then get charged at full price, and the employee showing attitude towards me.
