Unprofessional in compression socks sales. Let me first say that Alief Medical Sales does have a large selection of compression socks and a certified fitter. When I went in, I received a lecture and nasty remarks about how much time they spent with me measuring me but I didn’t buy.(I had been measured by another outfit who took 3 times as many measurements and were much nicer.) The store has a no return policy(online, return policy is usually 30 days. Try –great service). Correct compression socks fitting is challenging without trying these. Prices are also lower online, but as I felt correct fitting was key, I would not have minded paying more. When they hurriedly measured me, they discovered they didn’t have the correct size in stock. So, they pushed me to buy a smaller size in stock. This is completely unprofessional. Anyone who has worn these compression socks will know a smaller size can cause leg damage, even permanent damage, if one continualy wears these. And it’ll certainly hurt and chances are one will wear a smaller one less than 3 times, due to the unbearable tightness, bruising, and sometimes cuts in the skin. BTW, I recommend never buying compression socks from anyone without a return policy– it takes at least two days to figure out if the socks really will fit and not cause harm. But, I couldn’t believe this firm would attempt a pushy sale of an injurious smaller size, just because they didn’t have the right size in stock.
