I have a year contract with All Star and have had the hardest time getting a hold of someone to come out and check on my heater. After a phone call and email I finally received a phone call back with excuses and I am still waiting. I will not renew my contract.

Ed responded to my request for service quickly — next morning(he would have come sooner but I told him it wasn’t necessary though it was kind of an emergency. We had an a.c. drainage problem which we managed to stop somewhat but when Ed came, he stopped it permanently by «blowing out» the drains and installing a sensor to the drain pan. Sensor was a lot cheaper than one we had put in years ago by someone elsee and which apparently either didn’t work or got damaged by some workers while in the attic.
Work included blowing out the a.c. drains, checking heater for the winter and installing sensor and cleanup. One thing I like best about this company is that they are great communicators if you like that(some people don’t, I guess). I like to understand what they are doing and both Ed and Chris always explain it so well. When it is time for us to replace our current a.c., we will definitely be calling these guys.

All Star AC installed a unit in my home, and I was incredibly pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy. I initially called All Star AC late at night, and to my surprise, I immediately received a return phone call! The technician was respectful and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend All Star AC. The price was also extremely competitive with other quotes I obtained, but the level of service and courtesy was simply outstanding! A+!
