I totally agree with ET. The service is really awful especially regarding the ladies sitting at the front desk. They are rude and their attitude is not acceptable. The price of any types of the treatment is expensive. I spent almost $ 3,000 to get all my body hair hair removed. The result is much less than my expectation. Will I go back and continue to remove the rest of hair just because of the discount price? Nah… Forget it! I am not going to spend any more money on them. It was not a pleasant experience!

Great results that are certainly premanant! Questional bedside manner. I have completed three treatments on both my bikini and underarms and there is no question… It absolutely works! It is not the easiest thing to get thru however. There’s a lot of «Ouch» involved. I will admit my pain tolerance is pretty low however. Its usually bareable for the most part however there are tender spots that can be pretty painful to get thru. In my 3 sessions I have had two different technicians preform my laser treatment and both laughed if showed signs of discomfort. I suppose it kind of funny to witness… Sort of the way we laugh if we see a friend trip and fall however in the moment it can seem a tadbit insensitive. All in all its completely worth it! Its so free-​ing to be hair free. After 3 sessions Id say Im 85% hairfree in both areas. I expect that one more session should make me100% hairless. Its definetly worth the money. They are usually running a BOGO special… beware of the girl the works the phone has a sales type «pitchy» appoach. It made me very suspicious because it comes off as way too shady saleman-​like. All in all I do reccommend them based on the results. It does work!
