Service has been great so far! I left my toothpaste package once and they saved it for me when I came in for my next appointment. The dentist is very friendly and always professional. I had my tooth fall out from a root canal and we were leaving on a trip. I called and transferred to her cell for the emergency and they worked me in no problem. I had a filling that was taken care of by them and afterwards had severe sensitivity. They adjusted my bite which helped, and gave me a prescription dose of fluoride toothpaste. She wants to be kept updated on the tooth. I just had another filling done today and barely felt the shot, I think it was mostly the location lol. However I was out in 40 minutes! I have 1 tooth left to be taken care of. They also accept carecredit, but my dental insurance is good so I’ve only used it this once.

I’ve had a lot of horror story dental experiences in the Houston area. Either dirty offices, over priced services, or rude employees. After MUCH searching I have finally found an excellent provider! First of all, Dr. Carpenter’s office is beautiful! She did a great job on it and it’s very welcoming and comfortable. I love that she has a TV for you to watch while you’re getting your cleaning! Her office staff is great. I live about 20 miles away and she’s worth the drive! Parking is free & easy at this location too! I don’t mind going to the dentist at all now and would recommend Dr. Carpenter to anyone!
