Antsir is a great pest control company! We’re very happy with the service we received from start to finish. Prices are very reasonable as well!

Had made an appointment for EARL this morning as I leave for work at 11:30 and made this clear last week. Three months ago I had an appointment and no one showed (again) a follow up phone call to the company revealed that I was not put on the schedule so we rescheduled again. Today is another story. I left voice mail at 9 and have not gotten a callback.
I called them and left voicemail to take my name off of their list for clients.

Edit: Changing from 1 to 2 stars… I am a woman of my word. Nearly two hours after all those missed calls and writing this review, the AntSir technician finally called and told us that his employer had not told him he had a job today. We thanked him but we had already given up on spending another hopeless afternoon waiting for these people to get it together.
As you may be able to tell from my other reviews, I eschew national chains. If I can find a friendly local company to provide the same service for the same price or just slightly more, I’m in.
I wanted to love AntSir Pest Control. I thought their name was adorably pun-​ny (hehe, «ant-​sir… answer… get it?» Their logo has an ant styled as a military officer… it is just adorable).
The substance behind the image, though?
Three months ago I had a major fire ant infestation in my newly purchased home. For about $ 200 (with a one-​year warranty I now wholly distrust), a prompt and friendly exterminator showed up at my door, diagnosed the infestation, and came back the next day to treat. The fire ants were gone almost instantly and I did not notice any other pests (at least living ones) except tiny «sugar ants» on the kitchen counter (odd, I thought, for a company called AntSir, you would think they they would have amassed all the world’s expertise on ants especially. The exterminator basically said that there simply isn’t any way to get rid of them).
So I decided to continue using their services. I called and set up an appointment for last Saturday around 11. I waited all day (until 5 PM) and nobody showed up. I called around 1 to find out what the problem was. The call went to the owner’s combined personal and business voice mail (I have found my calls to this company always go to voice mail. I took that as a bad sign the first time I tried to hire them, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I bend over backwards to patronize local small businesses).My phone showed a missed call from the company at 4:35PM, so I tried to call back moments later.
I hate voicemail. I sent a text message at 4:55 and received a prompt response from the owner saying her guy said he had showed up at 10:30 but nobody answered and the house looked abandoned (he didn’t, we would have, and it isn’t). She also asked if I would call back on Monday to reschedule (because she had to hand her phone back to the technician).
I sent another message gently explaining my frustration and letting the owner know I would no longer be using their services. She called back within the hour apologizing profusely, explaining in great detail the personal problems which led to phone reliability issues and her employee’s sick leave which resulted in an inexperienced temp worker (I’m not even going to talk about what a violation of trust that is) being sent to the wrong house. She asked for a chance to regain our business and I agreed to make an appointment for today, same time same channel.
And it’s noon. And nobody has arrived yet. We called at 11 and got the personal voicemail again. I sent a text at 11:30. I called just a moment ago and got the voicemail; tried again and someone picked up the phone and hung up.
Had they even answered the phone today, I would have given two stars because they were okay in the first place. Had they showed up at all, even late, I would have given three stars. But with the the frustration I have experienced over the course of two weeks just to get someone here to spray some pesticides… I just can’t in good conscience recommend these people to anyone.
